Pohick Estates: Pohick Estates is a quaint residential community located between I-95 and Route 1 in Lorton Virginia. Less than a mile from the Lorton Station Shopping Center and VRE station, this neighborhood is conveniently located for home living and commuting. The highlight of the neighborhood is Pohick Park located at the center of the community. The park has a basketball court, a picnic area (with park grill), playground and even a baseball field. Lorton: Lorton is a great place to live on the outskirts of Fairfax County. There are lots of shopping and dining options all over the place and you have easy access to places like Occoquan and Fort Belvior. Lorton is also home to a VRE Commuter Train station which takes residents up into DC for work, saving them on commuting. However I-95 and Route 1 are also just around the corner and driving anywhere in Virginia or DC is an option.
