Letter From Seller

This home has been an amazing part of our lives for the past eight years and we will miss the phenomenal neighbors who look out for each other, sitting by the firepit having quality time on a cool fall evening, being able to walk to EVERYTHING you need within 5 minutes, and the great flexibility the layout of the house has offered us as our family has grown from two to four.

This home has been a friend to us.  We will cherish the memories of our kids running and playing in our fenced in yard, having cozy reading time in the living space by the gas fireplace, and walking to the library and playground down the street. We will miss all the quality time we had grilling on the patio and gathering on the deck with our friends and family.

We’ve felt so lucky to live in this location – we feel like we live in the center of everything – from the shopping center down the street, to the preschool and post office around the corner, the hospital steps away, the library and playgrounds all around – we’re in the heart of it all.  We have short commutes to DC and Tysons respectively and have used all the options of transportation around – the bus stop a block away, the metro, capital bike share, and driving – there are so many options to get to where you need to be.

We have absolutely loved our time in this home and if it wasn’t for continuing to grow our family and needing more space, we would plan to stay here forever.
