Letter From the Owner: 

Welcome to 522 Jared Square!  We have loved this home for over 30 years and are the original owners. As we are growing older, we have decided to move closer to our children out of state. 

The location of the home is prime.  Every amenity you could possibly want is a short walk or drive away. We have Costco, Kohl’s, Target, Home Depot, and the Outlet Mall right around the corner.  I found myself being able to jump in the car at a moments notice to shop for everything I needed.  I especially loved going to the Yankee Candle store for last minute gifts. I also used to walk to the nail salon across the street!

There are several grocery stores nearby.  My oldest son’s first  job was at Giant and he was able to easily and safely ride his bike there!  He also enjoyed the independence of walking to 7-11 on his own! 

We have loved being near the clubhouse, pool, and tot lot.  We made use of the tot lot when our children were young and they were members of the local swim team when they got older.  I remember more than one birthday party at the clubhouse with family and friends. 

Ida Lee Park and downtown Leesburg are a walk away.  My children enjoyed the indoor pool at Ida Lee and my husband and I participated in deep water aerobics. It also has a beautiful gym for exercise. 

  The Town of Leesburg hosts numerous events throughout the year.  The Flower and Garden Show in the Spring is one of my favorites.  Grab a wagon and walk there!   On the Fourth of July, Ida Lee has music and other activities as well as a huge fireworks display for everyone.  You can even see the fireworks from the front yard!

We are thankful to have amazing neighbors. Being in a small collection of five townhomes provides the feeling of a single family living and ample parking!
