Letter From Seller
Dear Prospective Home Buyer, My family has lived in the home on Bede Place for the past 20 years and it has been an amazing experience. If it weren't for retirement and a need to live in a lower cost of living area I would remain living in the home and neighborhood.
The home has been a blessing to us. My daughter was born and raised here and the love that was shown to the home has been enormous.
Hanging out with the neighborhood parents and children in the cul-de-sac, neighborhood parties and fire pits in the cul-de-sac, family barbecues on the deck and backyard, Christmas morning by the fire and Thanksgiving in the dining room are memories we will cherish forever. The Canterbury Woods Community is very close knit and safe.
My daughter and her friends grew up together, from the elementary school around the corner to the high school just up the road.
Oftentimes the adults would gather while the children rode bikes and played basketball in the cul-de-sac or the pool for a summer swim. Everyone's favorite activities were the community block parties for 4th of July, Memorial Day, and of course Halloween.
While our community is very quiet and suburban, we are still close to everything. The home is less than a mile from the ramp to I495/I495 Express. We all loved having access to shops and restaurants at Kings Park, Ravensworth Plaza, and Twinbrook Plaza. So many stores and restaurants are minutes away, some within walking distance if you want to take a stroll before dinner!
We are really going to miss our home in Canterbury Woods. It has been filled with so many fond memories and friends that we will never forget. As we move on to Cumberland, MD, we will never forget our warm and loving home on Bede PL.
Sincerely,
The Huffman Family
